Miss Molly's First Birthday

The fun weekend continued as the family took off for Philly to celebrate cousin Molly's first birthday! The three girls had a fun time playing with Molly's toys, eating pretzels, and hanging out with Grandma Bebe, Popi, and Auntie Dellie. What a great party!

Whew! I am worn out from all this partying! Being one is tough!

Evie keeps cousin Stan company and is all giggles.

Evie loved the ball pit!

It wouldn't be a party without a watering can!

Practice Easter Egg Hunt at Georgetown!

The Easter Bunny came to Georgetown a little early to celebrate Easter on a beautiful spring day. Evie had practiced a little the week before so she jumped into the egg hunt like a pro. She had collected a couple of eggs before realizing that they had surprises inside, so had to stop and start opening all her eggs. It looks as if she's acquired some of her dad's skills (or at least his competitive nature!).

Wait a second, there is stuff inside the eggs! Oh, joy!

I see one in the tree! Someone give me a boost! Up! Up! Up!

Did Evie smell a rotten egg?

Top of the morning to you, lassie!

Evie proudly donned her favorite Dartmouth sweatshirt to be dressed in green for St. Patrick's Day. She's been enjoying the beautiful spring-like weather with hours on the playground, and today she had a special treat when some fire trucks were down the street. It was Evie's lucky day because she got a fireman's hat of her own!

Evie loves to help water the plants with her watering can (and sometimes Ba's watering can too).

Whee! Look at me pushing my shopping cart around the backyard - I can go so fast!

Amelia's Baptism

This Sunday the family traveled up to Philadelphia to wish little Amelia lots of love at her christening! Despite it not being Amelia's cousin Christian's "style" of party, we all had a great time catching up with Mel's and Brian's family and Auntie Lillian. Evie loved running around the room at the end of the party and hiding behind the curtains.

Evie loved Daddy's French Fries, especially sticking her fingers in the ketchup.

Check out how cute I look in these shades, a la Nicole Richie!

66 candles!

Evie celebrated Opa's birthday this weekend. The family went to Opa's favorite French restaurant in Old Town, La Refuge, where he could have his favorite dish, liver. Evie enjoyed the Perrier and bread but sitting down... not so much.

Evie was delighted about her present to Opa - a wooden train set for her! Hmmm...
